Cancellation Rules & Fees

All cancellations have to be written, preferably by fax or e-mail, and have to be received in our office within the delays specified hereafter :

Conference registration : cancellation fee is 100% – no refund

Accommodation booking :

Up to 60 days prior to arrival : a handlings fee of CHF 50,- will be charged

60 to 31 days prior to arrival : cancellation fee is 50% of the total due amount

Less than 30 days prior to arrival : cancellation fee is 100%
