Cancellation rules and fees

All cancellations have to be written, preferably by fax or e-mail, and have to be received in our office
within the delays specified hereafter:

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:
Cancellation fee is 100% - no refunds

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING:
* Up to 61 days prior to arrival: a handling fee of CHF 50.-- will be charged
* 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee is 50 % of total due amount
* less than 30 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee is 100 % of total due amount
